🍝👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 Fresh pasta magic in the making! Recently our Year 12 VET Hospitality students rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on culinary experience, creating fresh homemade fettuccine entirely from scratch. From mixing and kneading the dough to rolling, flattening, and cutting it into perfect ribbons, students embraced every step of the process. The lesson was not only a fantastic way to build practical cooking skills but also surprisingly calming and rewarding, requiring patience, precision, teamwork and plenty of enthusiasm. A proud moment for our budding chefs! 🍽️

At yesterday’s assembly, on the final day of Reconciliation Week, our College was honoured to receive handmade clerical vestments from Mrs Dana Scully for our NAIDOC Mass.

Featuring artwork that reflects our connection to Country, including Burri Burri, the whale totem of the Dharawal people, these vestments beautifully unite faith and culture. 🐋

Thank you to Sonja Scherer, Jan Moffett, Margaret Day, and Dana Scully for presenting them, and to Fr Jim for the blessing. A proud moment for our community. ❤️💛🖤

💜 💛 Today at our College assembly we proudly presented Rod Coy OAM, Chair of the Sutherland Shire Relay for Life and Georgina Gann from Cancer Council, with an incredible cheque for $36,084 — our highest fundraising total ever. Our Community Service Leaders, William Roy and Heather O’Mara, were absolutely delighted to hand over the cheque on behalf of the College. This outstanding result reflects the generosity, spirit, and commitment of our Bosco students. You’ve made a real impact in the fight for a cancer‑free future. So proud of our community
