WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-2 years of paid/professional experience working with children
-Valid First Aid & CPR
-Working With Children Check
-National Police Check
-Willingness to travel at least 30-45 minutes if required
-Someone who is comfortable with children aged 6 months to 12 years
-At least 2 child-related references
-Flexible availability
WHAT CAN WE PROVIDE?
-Covered by a contractor agreement
-Contractually guaranteed work from LBN that ensures a minimum of 6 months work per assignment
-A fun and supportive work environment
-Hourly pay of $30/hour, inclusive of superannuation.

✨ HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY LBN ✨
Wow, what a journey! To think a year ago Little Bees Nannying was born. I have made the most amazing memories with all of our little bees and have been blessed to be in each one of their lives. I want to say a big thank you to the LBN families, each being just as amazing as the other and allowing me to build these meaningful connections with your little humans, without them I wouldn’t be doing this. Also another big thank you to our followers and all that have shared this page around.
This is just the beginning and I can’t wait to give LBN more time and love to grow. Whilst the process of starting a new business can be challenging at times, I am so grateful for my amazing boyfriend, family and friends who have supported me on this journey.

Today is national R U OK Day.
R U OK? Day is a national mental health campaign inspiring and empowering everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation. Nobody is too young to look out for a friend and lend support.
Over the past 5 years working with children under the age 5, I have watched infants grow into toddlers, then toddlers grow into pre schoolers, what a ride! During this time children are not just growing physically but are growing mentally. Figuring out your emotions at such a young age can be confusing.
Below I have researched a few cool activities that you can do with your little one:
⁃ Emoji masks
⁃ Teach children strategies to assist them in dealing with challenging emotions.
⁃ Read books with stories that depict different emotions and their associated reactions
⁃ Meditation
⁃ Dance
⁃ Practise words of affirmation with your child
Ask your little mini if they’re okay today and if they would love a cuddle. Be kind 💛🐝
