Very cool.

Been thinking a lot recently about Arrow and the impact it had on my life. In order to move forward, I wanted to keep a gentle reminder.

A good Man.

Fun pool day.

Which equates to โ€œdaddy jump in but youโ€™re not allowed to take your shirt off, so catch yourself a farmers tan around your neck and then you have to carry us everywhere because the grass is lavaโ€

Quick and simple plus use leftover bread. Blitz parmasan cheese with stale bread, add herbs, garlic and S&P. Coat chicken as is or beat a free range egg and dip them coat.

If you've got one of those artisan condiment jars you're not sure what to do with - use the flavour fused oil and drop some of the feta and olives its in at the end and brown off.

OH MY GOSH!

If you make bread, throw into the mix some chopped crystalised ginger, apricots and brown sugar. Bake but supervise (sugar burns) and serve with butter and marmalade. Mmmm mmm.

Gasp! [Clutches pearls] - vistor due and no biscuits or cake? I (very) quickly whipped up this strawberry vanilla spong-EHhh (French-ish) in 10mns and baked in 25mns.

Then started on the soffritto for dinner, milling while peppercorns and Himalayan salt down to dust. Anybody?

Thank heavens for the thermy. Quick, quick, quick - never sticks!

Just like da good ole days da good ole days... just made with less effort and less time.

Don't fret pet, your skills stay up - in fact, increase your culinary skills by LISTENING to your food, not just tasting, looking or touching. Listen to the blade, listen to the bowl, listen to inside - listen for the READY tone.

Goodness gosh. Cottage Pie on a brisk day, crack ye open a red if you like i gets the goutch!

M for Mark or W for Wonka, hold your breath make a wish count to 3...... 4 6 8 bog in (not toilet) dont wait once its golden brown!!

Lamb roast made easy with thermy - chop the garlic in seconds, plus your erbs, par boil the 'taters and other veg - pop in the oven and you can be crunching away in about 45mns.

While its roasting away, make your gravy utilising the left over water and vegie juice, or in the stainless steel bowl, rinse and get the dessert going. So easy!

Sorry it's been a while since posting I've been running around town going back to the future trying to fix technology - can you believe I actually used paper and pen PLUS used a payphone and phonecard! BUT the trusty Thermomix stayed the course ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜
