It’s been a busy start to the year, here’s a bit of what’s been going on.

As many of you know, bike fit is only one component of what I offer through 3D Bike Fit.
For the last 10 years I have also been coaching triathletes, from Professionals right through to beginners.
This has resulted in 3 professional Ironman wins, multiple half distance and age group victories, not to mention all the PBs.

Big congratulations to taking 2nd in a hotly contested (pun intended) on Saturday. Though always shooting for the win, sometimes a great performance regardless of the position is just as satisfying.
