Reconnecting with the true leader in you is the first step to reaching the success you desire ❤️
⁣
Moving to a higher level of success and fulfilment, Geoff was on a journey finding the right strategy and direction to take.
⁣
He first came to me ready to take action knowing that becoming a better leader means starting with his own self-leadership.
⁣
Our 3-month coaching together has been meaningful.
⁣
We dove deeper into how his past is affecting his present thinking and actions.
⁣
We aligned who he currently is to who he wants to become.
⁣
We explored different tools and techniques to help him ease up to help him reach his full potential both physically and mentally.
⁣
The results were life changing.
⁣
What leaders truly need is a safe and caring environment that will bring out their highest potential and help them connect with their true selves.

One reason why we find it hard to make fast and impactful decisions as women in business
⁣
Being a fast decision-maker is one of the crucial skills to have as an effective business leader.
⁣
It gives you a competitive advantage.
You can adapt swiftly to changes.
It shows that you are proactive, capable, and ready to take charge of your business.
⁣
Yet many women in business still find it hard to be consistent in this aspect.
⁣
And the huge gap that I observe comes from working under pressure and dealing with stress without having a clear picture of their goals.
⁣
Since stress and anxiety impede our ability to think clearly, making quick decisions become impossible for us to achieve, and it puts both our success and the success of our team at risk.
⁣
In these challenging times, what we need is direction.
⁣
We need an idea that will steer us in the right direction and help us see through the pressure that is impeding our clarity.
⁣
And one of the effective ways to do this is by looking into our vision.
⁣
Your personal vision is what you are committing to in your life. It's your long-term goal.
⁣
Whatever is most important to you - and only you.
⁣
Knowing your vision provides you with direction, focus, and motivation.
⁣
Visionary leaders focus on picturing what the future might look like.
⁣
They are more skilled at anticipating future trends, so they are better prepared to deal with problems that may occur and take advantage of opportunities when they arise.
⁣
Understanding your vision provides you with a framework for accelerating your growth and deepening your impact, both professionally and personally.
⁣
Be surprised that you’re making decisions for your self-leadership that your future self will thank you for.
⁣
If you resonated with this and want to learn more about how to get better at decision-making and become a more effective leader...
⁣
I have a PDF on Becoming a Visionary Leader to help you further your learning and growth.

We've inspired leaders across the world to develop high-performing & supportive teams, find fulfilment in leadership and create a healthy work-life balance through executive coaching. Will you be our next successful leaders?

Most of us were told to follow the traditional approach to leadership by default even if we feel unfit for it.
⁣
The gap in the traditional approach to leadership is the way it imposes fear and boxes our team members' creativity.
⁣
They start coming from a place where they feel they’ll get fired if they don’t comply.
When they don’t agree with what you do, they still follow you because you’re in charge.
They do things because they feel they have to. They do it because they feel it’s part of their job.
⁣
The truth is our ability to raise our leadership effectiveness is not through power but by how we use our influence to create a high-performing and supportive environment for our team.
⁣
If you want to grow your leadership capacity and leverage your influence's powers, I have a special gift for you.
⁣
I created a guide on how to break through the traditional leadership approach and embrace a people-centred approach so you can reconnect with the true leader within you.

⁣
Maddie is an inspirational leader who contributes high-impact solutions for advancing her field.
⁣
She's all for optimisation and improvement, but she's yet to maximise her own leadership to serve a bigger mission and purpose.
⁣
When she first came to me, she was ready to embrace growth and do what it takes to reach greater heights in her career and business.
⁣
After working together for over a year, Maddies learnt things about herself that she had never known before, and now, she's soaring higher than ever.
⁣
She made minor changes to her everyday life that increased her compassion and love, resulting in a superb quality of life.

Are you a woman in business who feels like you don’t fit in the traditional management approach most senior executives and business owners follow?⁣⁣
