One reason why we find it hard to make fast and impactful decisions as women in business
Being a fast decision-maker is one of the crucial skills to have as an effective business leader.

Most of us were told to follow the traditional approach to leadership by default even if we feel unfit for it.
The gap in the traditional approach to leadership is the way it imposes fear and boxes our team members' creativity.
They start coming from a place where they feel they’ll get fired if they don’t comply.
When they don’t agree with what you do, they still follow you because you’re in charge.
They do things because they feel they have to. They do it because they feel it’s part of their job.
The truth is our ability to raise our leadership effectiveness is not through power but by how we use our influence to create a high-performing and supportive environment for our team.
