What an energetic day! Our little movers had a fantastic time with Alpha & Mega coach, crawling, balancing, stretching and moving their bodies through lots of fun challenges! 💪😄

Asthma Week is held from 1–7 September 2026. This year’s theme, “She Needs to Breathe”, raises awareness that 1 in 5 women in Australia live with asthma.

Asthma can affect people differently, and understanding the signs, triggers and management plans can help families feel more prepared.
