So cool to finally be in Broome for this amazing project adding the finishing touches to the Digi Van!

Broome, we’re here! 🎶✨

Our brand-new Digi Van is making its debut this week, with music workshops kicking off for students from Broome Enterprise Academy and Broome Senior High School.

We’re also very excited to welcome our Digi dream team, Mike and Cody, to beautiful Yawuru country 🤍

Mike is TSE’s Creative Director, singer-songwriter and creative producer, while Cody is founder of SONG LAB, music producer, youth mentor and the coordinator of our Digi Beats program. Together, they create safe, creative spaces where young people can build confidence, learn new skills and express themselves through music!

A huge thank you to the incredible supporters who helped bring our Digi Van vision to life: Evero Engineering, Design Plus Digital, Gro Foundation, Skilled Creative, Blackmagic Design, Rio Tinto, Woodside Energy, FRRR, YACWA, the Department of Communities and our creative masters Skilled Creative.

Special love to Sarah Cox, who created the beautiful artwork, Pathways of Light and Learning, wrapping the van.

Thanks Down Syndrome NSW for having Song Lab DJ the Disco Social ‘Dance The Day Away’ event. Such a pleasure to play for that amazing bunch of dancers! 🪩 🎉

Disco Social - Dance the Day Away was one to remember!

Our DSNSW members understood the assignment and brought their best dance moves to the disco floor! It was a fantastic day of connection, celebration, and community, with members, families, carers, and supporters coming together to enjoy the fun.

A massive thank you to Eleah for generously sponsoring this event. We are so grateful for your ongoing support and partnership. Not only did Eleah help make the day possible, but they also knew exactly how to bring the party spirit!

A special shoutout also to Song Lab for DJing the soundtrack to an unforgettable afternoon. Thank you for creating such a fun and inclusive atmosphere that had everyone up and dancing!

We can't wait to do it all again!

Can’t wait to be making music in the Digi Van in Western Australia!

Something really special has been brewing through Digi Beats over the last 12 months 🎛️

From beat-making and songwriting to recording tracks in community spaces, alternate education settings and workshops across the Coast and Sydney, young people have absolutely brought this program to life!

Huge love to Cody from SONG LAB for being such a talented facilitator and creating a space where young people could experiment, collaborate and grow creatively.

And massive thanks to Create NSW for believing in our vision and helping us take Digi Beats into spaces where creativity and opportunity don’t always get enough access!

The talent, originality and confidence we’ve seen come out of these sessions is amazing So many young people finding their rhythm and their voice.
