At Gradability, interview preparation is built into the program before your internship even begins. You practice. You get coached. You walk into every conversation knowing exactly how to present yourself to an Australian employer.

But here is what most people do not expect. The internship itself becomes the interview. You are already inside the company, doing real work, building real relationships. 40% of our interns receive a job offer from their host company at the end of the placement.

The best interview you will ever have is the one where they already know what you can do.

Monthly intakes available across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart.

That does not happen by accident.

It happens because the first experience was good enough to repeat, and the second was good enough to make it a regular part of how they bring in talent.

For these businesses, hosting has become a pipeline. A way to meet graduates before the job market does, to assess fit over time, and to bring people on with confidence rather than risk.

If you have hosted before and it worked, we would like to understand what made it work and how to make the next one better. If you have hosted before and it did not, we would like to show you what a different process looks like.

Most internship programs drop you in and hope for the best. At Gradability we do it differently.

Before you set foot in your host company, you have already worked on your resume with an Australian employer in mind, practised your interviews, and built the professional skills that workplaces actually expect. By the time day one arrives, you are not nervous. You are ready.

Then comes the placement. A real role, at a vetted Australian company, matched to your discipline and your goals. With a dedicated consultant and an industry mentor in your corner throughout.

This is not work experience for the sake of it. It is a career launch with a structure behind it.

Monthly intakes available across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart.

Most people spend the night before an interview going over their answers. Rehearsing. Second guessing. Running through every possible question until they cannot think straight.

Do that if you want. But do not skip this.

Look up the person interviewing you on LinkedIn.

Find out their role, how long they have been at the company, and what they care about professionally. If they have written anything, read it. If they have been at the company for ten years, they are probably deeply invested in its culture. If they joined recently, they might be building something new.

You are not looking for ammunition. You are looking for context. Walking into an interview knowing who you are talking to changes how you listen, how you respond, and how you connect.

It takes five minutes. It is almost never done. And interviewers notice when someone has clearly paid attention.
Do it tonight.

Most graduates finish their degree expecting opportunities to follow. Sometimes they do.

Often they don't. Not because you are not good enough, but because employers want to see what you can do in a real workplace before they take a chance on you.

At Gradability, that is exactly what we give you. A real placement, at a real company, in your field. Supported by a dedicated consultant from day one through to the end of your internship.

40% of our interns walk away with a job offer. The rest walk away with Australian workplace experience, a nationally recognised credential, and a CV that finally gets callbacks.

Monthly intakes available across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart.

Every business that has hosted an intern knows the scenario.
The candidate turns up with no context for how your team works, no understanding of Australian professional norms, and a consultant you never hear from again.

You absorb the cost quietly, decide it was not worth it, and move on. That is not a placement program failing. That is the wrong placement program.

Our interns complete a structured professional preparation before day one. Workplace culture, communication and professional conduct.

They arrive understanding the environment, not discovering it on your time. If your last internship experience left you thinking "never again," we would like to change that.

We get you the experience that gets you hired.

It is the most frustrating part of starting your career. You are qualified. You are skilled. But every application comes back with the same unspoken message: you do not have enough experience.

At Gradability, we built the GAP Program specifically for this moment. Four weeks of professional preparation followed by a guaranteed placement at a real Australian company, matched to your discipline. You build the experience employers are looking for, with a dedicated consultant supporting you every step of the way.

Monthly intakes available across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart.

Most candidates walk out of an interview and wait. That's the mistake.

The 24 hours after your interview are the most valuable window you have. The hiring manager is comparing you to other candidates, often from memory. A short, well-written follow-up email pulls you back to the front of the queue.

Here is what to send.

Subject line
Thank you, [Interviewer's name]. Quick follow-up on our chat.

Opening
Thank them for their time. One sentence. No essay.

The middle
Reference one specific thing from the conversation. A project they mentioned, a challenge the team is facing, a comment that stuck with you. This proves you were listening and you cared. Generic thank-you emails get deleted. Specific ones get remembered.

Add value
If they mentioned a problem, share a quick thought, a relevant article, or an example of how you have solved something similar. You are showing them what working with you looks like.

Close with intent
Tell them you are genuinely interested in the role and you are looking forward to next steps. Confidence, not desperation.

Send it within 24 hours. Forty-eight at the absolute latest. After that, you are reminding them you took too long.

One email. Five minutes. It can be the difference between getting the offer and getting the polite rejection.

Save this one. You will need it sooner than you think.

You're qualified. You're skilled. You speak English.
So why does every job ad still say "prior Australian work experience preferred"?

It's the catch-22 that stops thousands of talented graduates cold. You can't get experience without a job. You can't get a job without experience. And the clock on your visa keeps ticking.

The Gradability Accelerator Plus Program exists to break that cycle. Four weeks of professional preparation. A guaranteed twelve week internship at a reputable Australian company. A dedicated consultant guiding you from enrolment to your first offer.

40,000+ graduates placed since 2006. 11,000+ host companies across Australia. 40% of interns receive a job offer from their placement.

Monthly intakes in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart.

Your degree opened the door. Experience is what gets you hired.
