Science Week! 🔬✨

This week at Poppets Childcare Centre, the children had lots of fun celebrating Science Week! 🧪🔍 They enjoyed exciting hands-on experiments, explored how things work, made observations, and asked lots of questions. 🌈💡 The children also enjoyed outdoor play and choosing their own activities, supporting their curiosity, independence, creativity, and learning through play. 🌿🎨🧩 It was a wonderful week full of exploring, discovering, learning, and fun! ❤️🔬✨

This week at Poppets Childcare Centre, the children had lots of fun exploring the letter Rr. 🔤✨ They learned to recognise and practise the letter R through engaging activities and explored words such as Recycling, robot, rainbow, rabbit.🤖🌈🐰🌹♻️ The children enjoyed a variety of letter R-related experiences, supporting their early literacy, language development, and confidence in recognising sounds and letters. 📚✏️ They also participated in outdoor play, exploring their environment, developing their gross motor skills, and enjoying time with their friends. 🌿☀️😊Throughout the week, the children also had opportunities to choose their own activities, encouraging independence, creativity, decision-making, and learning through play. 🎨🧩🚗✨ It was a wonderful week filled with learning, exploration, friendship, and fun! ❤️

This week at the Poppets Childcare centre, the children enjoyed plenty of outdoor play, exploring nature, developing their gross motor skills, and having fun with their friends. 🌿☀️🏃‍♀️ They also participated in our School Readiness program, practising early literacy, pencil control, listening skills, and working together during group learning experiences. ✏️📚 The children explored different shapes through hands-on activities, games, and creative art experiences, helping them recognise and name a variety of shapes. 🔺🟠🟦 They also enjoyed free choice play, using their imagination, building friendships, and confidently exploring a range of indoor and outdoor learning experiences. 🧸🎨😊

This week at the centre, the children celebrated NAIDOC Week by taking part in activities that helped them learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. 🖤💛❤️ They also enjoyed Colours Week, exploring different colours through fun art and learning activities. 🌈🎨 The children participated in School Readiness activities, practising early literacy, pencil skills, and group learning. ✏️📚 They also enjoyed free choice play indoors and outdoors, exploring different activities, playing with friends, and using their imagination. 🧸🌿😊
