Engineers Without Borders Australia is a non-government organisation that aims to create change through human-centered engineering.
The MQ Chapter exists to enable Macquarie University students to be part of this movement where no one is left behind; producing innovative, sustainable and equitable solutions to challenges faced by rural and developing communities located domestically and internationally.
We help to facilitate this through initiatives such as:
EWB Challenge
Engineering on Country (EOC)
Humanitarian Engineering Conference (HEC)
EWB Design Summit
Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)
Members benefit from professional development through networking, social and volunteering opportunities provided by these events.
