Most people set goals as a new years resolution and forget about them by March, which can lead to you feeling discouraged and disappointed. 😞

5 years ago >>> Now 😇
A Lot has changed in 5 years, and I am equally grateful for both of these times in my life, as they were perfectly aligned and right on time!🥰
I've listed some of the differences below👇:
BEFORE:
- Working as an Employee with Makeup Side Hustle
- Priority = partying and having the best time (And I did have the best time)
- Poor relationship with food = mostly eating tuna and rice or Wokka in a box (YUK)
- Rarely thinking about health
- Single and hates being alone
- Regularly sick and on antibiotics, with IBS and Crippling anxiety
- Confident only when dressed up and partying
- Thinks people who are sober are boring and I could never do that
NOW:
- Self Employed Entrepreneur with Makeup Side Hustle still
- Priority = personal and business growth while fulfilling life's purpose
- Amazing relationship with food = eating what aligns with my body
- Always looking to improve health
- In a long term loving relationship & loves being alone
- Never sick, able to manage anxious symptoms & healthiest I've ever been
- Confident pretty much always
- Completed 6 months sober & can confirm sober people still have fun lol
Reflecting on how much has changed for me over the past 5 years makes me so proud of everything I have done to help myself become the person I always wanted to be & living the life I want to live! 🌿
Change is inevitable, growth is optional! (And it is soooo worth it!)🙏

I like to think of a Life Coach as a friend with REALLY great advice!🌿
I've had the pleasure of not only coaching this beautiful woman, but also making a life-long friend. ❤
Each session Mon is ready to take things a level deeper and face the discomfort, while also geeking out on self improvement hacks, posts and books 24/7! 😆
This is the beauty of being who you truly are, deciding exactly what you want and creating the life you love in the most unapologetic way!
If I never took a hard look in the mirror, learnt about personal development and invested $$$$'s into coaching then I may of never had the opportunity to meet my tribe, be genuinely happy within myself and my body and make a real difference in the world. 🌏
This isn't something you achieve overnight or in a 6-12 week program...
It is a lifelong commitment to doing your best, making mistakes or failing, reflecting, picking yourself up and going again until you get it right. ❤

I just completed 6 months of being Sober!!😱
Sober from Alcohol that is hehe, and not because I was addicted!
I did it because I wanted to challenge myself.🌿
This amazing experience, has shown me that I don’t need alcohol to go out and still have fun, or to wind down after a stressful day!
Living life 100% sober 100% of the time is really enjoyable when you love your life and yourself!😍
Being sober prevented me from escaping when times were tough! And being on the other side of this challenge, I am now so grateful I was doing the challenge so I had no excuses to cave under (My own minds) pressure.😅
The thing that got me here was witnessing another Coach stop drinking altogether, and it got me thinking about why I was choosing to drink in the first place?🧐
For all the reasons why I used to drink, I can now do the same without alcohol!
Things like:
- Have fun
- Be myself
- Be outgoing and confident
- Enjoy the present moment
- Relax
I am not a special person, with extreme discipline and mental strength!👎
I am just someone who thought about what my life would be like if I took control of the steering wheel and did what I wanted to do, not just doing what everyone else does because WELL everyone else does it!🌿
I want to challenge you to try this! Even be 30 days sober! I believe in you!🫵
