What a fantastic day, Asiyeh Ansari and I have had. We are deeply grateful to everyone who came to share in the launch of our children’s book, Crackle & Rustle. It was a day filled with laughter and joy and has created many happy memories that we shall think about for years to come. 🙏 🌈

Less than 24 hours to go until our sold-out book launch and we couldn’t be more excited to see everyone and share this milestone with you!

After weeks of sewing, gluing, sanding, drilling, printing, painting, woodburning, sealing and packaging, our beautiful Crackle & Rustle inspired books, gifts and resources are ready.

WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY
Earlier this year, we became Mental Health and Youth Mental Health First Aiders. We learned valuable skills in how to recognise, listen and connect with people who may be experiencing a mental health problem. World Mental Health Day is a great prompt for us all to reflect on ways we can help improve our own mental health and how to offer a shoulder for someone else who may be struggling. 🌈🦗 👁 👂❤️
