One of the things that makes our program special is the athletes who’ve grown up within it being genuinely invested in becoming great role models for the next generation.
Within this group are athletes who went from outside state programs to college opportunities, others who stepped away from junior rep basketball and returned to play NBL1, athletes who made their way from 5’s teams to 18.1’s groups and coaches who’ve forged different paths through sport, study and life. Despite their different journeys, they all share the same willingness to give back.
Whether it’s buying Zappo’s at the canteen, listening to life updates between camps, or simply stopping to say hello when they see younger athletes out in the community, these coaches are a huge part of what makes our environment so special.
We couldn’t do what we do without the people who form the backbone of this community. Thank you for making the younger athletes feel seen, valued and supported while continuing to embody the standards and values we want our program to represent.
