Every time I see a caregiver offering services for $15 per hour I just want to scream! 😖 We are very fortunate to have workplace laws and Award wages in Australia. So how do these apply to nannies working in private homes and how can you reach a fair and legal agreement with the family hiring you?

No, job creep isn't about having a creepy boss😂!
According to , job creep is a phenomenon in which employers continually require increasing amounts of work relative to the normal requirements. This is a really common challenge in the nanny industry - As carers, nannies tend to be supporters, helpers and yes people. They often love being useful and sometimes it can be to their detriment.
