🦷 Tooth-Tastic Day at Liverpool Early Learning Centre! 🪥

Today our little learners got a special visit from the dental van! In the lead-up to the visit, the children explored fun facts about brushing their teeth, learning when and how often to brush and why it’s so important to look after their smiles. 😁

Each child took turns visiting the van, where they had a chance to have their teeth checked in a fun, friendly, and positive way. It was such a great opportunity to help them feel confident and excited about visiting the dentist!

We’re so proud of how brave and curious they were—and we had lots of fun learning about healthy habits too! 🦷💙

🎉 Cultural Celebration at Our Centre! 🎉

Today we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Cheeky Good Times to our centre for a very special cultural experience! 🌿✨

The children were immersed in the richness of Indigenous culture, exploring language, traditional dance and movement, and even trying out some traditional musical instruments! 🪘🎶

It was a joyful and educational experience where our little learners engaged with curiosity, respect, and lots of energy. 💃🏽🕺🏽 Seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter as they learned through movement and music was truly heartwarming. ❤️

On Thursday 8/05/25 at Liverpool Early Learning Centre, we celebrated a beautiful and heartfelt Mother’s Day Breakfast with our wonderful children and their mums. The morning began with smiles and excitement as we welcomed the mothers into the centre to share some special moments with their children.

Together, we explored a variety of arts and crafts activities, where the children and their mums created lovely keepsakes, drawings, and crafts side by side. It was a heartwarming sight to see the joy and connection shared through creativity.

We also had lots of fun playing with kinetic sand, moulding and shaping together. The sensory play provided an engaging and calming way for the children and mums to bond and explore together.

After the activities, we gathered as a group to talk about why we love our mums and sang some special songs to celebrate how much they mean to us. The children were proud to share their voices and love through music.

To end the morning, we shared a relaxing breakfast, enjoying delicious food and each other’s company. It was a beautiful way to connect, reflect, and celebrate the special relationships between mothers and their children.

We thank all the families who joined us – it was truly a special morning filled with laughter, love, and wonderful memories.

Today we Celebrated Eid and Multicultural Day!

What a beautiful day of joy, unity, and celebration at Liverpool Early Learning Centre!
Our little learners, families, and educators came together to honour Eid and explore the wonderful diversity in our community through our Multicultural Day celebration.

The children had so much fun dancing, playing games, and participating in activities like:
• Eid and cultural-themed colouring
• Soft sand play, making fun shapes and patterns
• Sharing stories, music, and food from different cultures

It was heartwarming to see everyone come together, celebrate our differences, and enjoy what makes each of us special. A huge thank you to all the families who joined us today—you made it even more memorable!

🔥 Fire + Rescue Visit at Our Early Learning Centre in Liverpool 🔥

We had an exciting and educational day today with a special visit from the Fire + Rescue team! The children learned so much about how firefighters protect themselves from fire and the importance of safely leaving a house or building in case of an emergency.

The highlight of the visit was getting up close with a real fire truck! The kids were thrilled to see the equipment and even got a chance to shoot water from the fire hose. It was an unforgettable experience that taught us all valuable safety lessons while having lots of fun.

Healthy eating is crucial for children's growth and development. Providing a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and dairy ensures they get the essential nutrients needed for physical and cognitive development, 14/6/24 at Liverpool early learning centre we had encouraged the children to make their own fruit stick. Putting the fruit in their own pattern and enjoyed eating it as well.

On the 11/6/2024 we had a special visit from a friendly dentist, who came to teach our little ones all about taking care of their teeth. The children were thrilled to learn about brushing, flossing, and the importance of healthy eating for strong teeth.

The dentist brought along a giant toothbrush and a fun puppet to demonstrate the proper brushing technique. The kids had a blast practicing on the puppet and asked lots of great questions. We even learned a catchy song about brushing twice a day!

A big thank you to our visiting dentist for making dental hygiene fun and educational. Remember to ask your little ones what they learned today and keep encouraging those healthy habits at home! 🦷✨❤️
