Meet Megan - our Cliftleigh Centre Director 💛

With over 25 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education sector, Megan’s passion has always been centred around creating nurturing environments where children feel a true sense of belonging during their most important years of learning and development.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, Megan believes children are capable, competent, and full of potential. Her philosophy is grounded in ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and truly seen each and every day.

For Megan, the most important part of early education is creating a space where families feel the warmth from the moment they walk through the doors. Her vision for Hazelgrove is to create a genuine home away from home — a place where children are empowered to make choices, build confidence, and shape their own journey through play, exploration and connection ✨
