My name is Sam. I have been hairdressing since 2012 and a trainer and assessor for hairdressing and barbering since 2021. I am not a muk colour rep.
I love educating people passionate about our industry. You really have to love it to do it and do it well. All education provided is based on techniques and skill not the products used. I use muk hair care for the hair services I provide only. The education and training I provide is non-accredited, I am not a registered training organisation. I am a qualified trainer and hairdresser.

Trust the process!
Toner processing is very daunting. The key is that if you have chosen the correct toner and have equalised porosity in the hair, you will be able to leave your toner on for the recommended manufacturer timing and the toner do what you have set it out to do.
Now why use red? 🤷♀️.
Lets go back to colour theory...
Cool tones absorb light, making the hair look dull and sometimes muddy or murky.
Warm tones reflect light, making your colour pop and look bright.
