During the term break, one of our Hospitality Management trainers provided a catch-up class for a student, demonstrating professional cocktail-making techniques and industry-standard methods.

ABM Chef Challenge #3 – Main to Dessert & Winners

Our students presented their main dishes to chef judges and guest judges, followed by their desserts, showcasing their skills across every course.

Feedback was shared from professional chefs and guests acting as judges, providing valuable real-time insights and industry perspectives.

The winning teams were recognised for their strong performance, creativity, and teamwork throughout the challenge.

Well done to all who participated. We believe this was a great experience for everyone, especially being creative within limited ingredients and time, and receiving feedback directly from professional chefs and real customers.
