Hi families! We're excited to welcome you to our program for spring Vacation Care ⭐️

Our program is packed with fun activities, engaging experiences and opportunities for the kids to learn, play, and connect with their friends during the holidays.

Bookings were opened on the 21st of August - we weren't expecting bookings to be filled so quickly... How Amazing! 🤩

More spots will open up very soon, keep an eye out!

Don’t forget this afternoon at 4:30pm we are having our OOSH family Christmas party! We will have a range of Christmas craft, Christmas music and a snack table! Hope to see you all there 😊🎄🎅

Please remember, parents/guardians will need to accompany and supervise their child/ren unless they are booked in for after school care today and you cannot make it.

Excursion day tomorrow!!!!
If you have not already signed the permission form there will be some at the centre in the morning. These MUST be completed for your child to attend and participate.
Please make sure you arrive by 9:15am tomorrow so we can get ready and get on the bus! You do not need to pack food, we will be bringing sandwiches with spreads and having a proper lunch when we get back to the centre.
Please remember;
- water bottle
- hat
- socks and enclosed shoes!

A reminder you must mark your child/ren absent prior to the session times! If they are not marked as absent prior to session times there is a $10 non-notification fee. Marking absent prior to sessions excludes you from that fee!

For permanent bookings;
This will need to be done for each child you wish to mark absent.

1. On the My Family Lounge App, select “Casual Bookings”
2. Select the child and whether it is BSC, ASC or VAC
3. Select the day you wish to notify absence for
4. Click “Absent Booking”
Note- This will need to be done for each child you wish to mark absent.

For Casual bookings
If you are not able to provide more than one full day’s notice then casual bookings can be marked absent by you through the My Family Lounge app on your mobile phone. (same process as permanent booking absences above)
You can also mark your child absent by logging in to your My Family Lounge account

1. On the enrolment management scroll down to “Casual Bookings” 2. Click on “Add casual booking”.
3. Select the day
4. Click “Absent”
Note- This will need to be done for each child you wish to mark absent.

Option 2:
- email, text or call the centre. If you are having troubles with the app for any reason, please feel free to email the centre; [email protected] or call/ text on; 0439443558.

Any of these options count as acceptable absent notifications and will exclude you from the $10 non-notification fee.

Bring your A game because tomorrow we are off too playpoint in Seven Hills!!

Bus departs at 10am, please arrive at the centre before 9am.

Be sure to arrive at the centre before 9am for a saftey brief. Ensure you are wearing enclosed shoes.

IMPORTANT!!!
Are you booked in for our excursion tomorrow? If you said yes be sure to get to GOOSH no later than 8:30am for our bus safety rules and excursion prep. We are headed to the SCG no later than 9am!!
