My Philosophy
All children have the right to the best education in a safe, comfortable and stimulating environment to learn and develop their skillset in preparation for the next stages in life, in all aspects including intellectual, behavioural and social skills. Children are to be cared for with compassion, affection, understanding, respect and nothing less. I believe their opinion and voice need to be heard and this behaviour should be encouraged appropriately as they and their needs are our priority. I believe children are our hope and future with endless potential, they are capable of accomplishing unbelievable things and I will ensure to communicate and encourage their capacity and potential as best I can. I believe children have the right to learn how to care for their environment, treat it with respect and myself to nurture and promote this behaviour and treatment. I believe children deserve to be treated equally regardless of their background, beliefs or community. I believe the families’ participation and opinion are crucial to build a strong relationship and aid delivering the best education for their child. The parents and guardians have a right to be heard and respected inclusive of respecting their cultural and religious backgrounds. Our families are welcome to the setting during working hours.
