As I sit here reflecting on 2024, I can't help but smile at the beautiful irony of it all.

You see, I started this year with one clear intention: simplify. I even wrote in my journal "don't create anything new."

Yet here I am, having created several new things - but each one, surprisingly, in service of that very intention to simplify.
zoe was born to simplify life for neurodivergent families (including my own).

The Oracle deck emerged to simplify my product suite and align with my book.

Sometimes the path to simplicity isn't exactly straight!
This year was also significant personally - I turned 40!

It's amazing how in the whirlwind of business and creation, some moments almost slip from memory, like my brother surprising me in January.

These personal milestones remind me that our business journeys are deeply intertwined with our life journeys.

What's fascinated me most has been the synchronicity of it all.

There were days that seemed energetically charged with possibility. It is so key to sit and reflect these moment, it is a reminder that magic is always happening.

Looking back, every "new" thing that emerged this year wasn't really new at all - it was simply the next natural step in this journey we're on together.

As we step into 2025, I'm filled with gratitude for this community and excitement for what's ahead.

Thank you for being part of this journey, for supporting both Essential Shift and Understanding Zoe, and for continuing to inspire me with your own growth and transformations.
