NSW friends... not long to go now! It's been a really tough slog for everyone these past few months, especially for our buddies in the hospitality industry. Shout out to one of a kind . We were lucky enough to work very closely with this legend before he moved to Tasmania. Now he’s killing it as a barista for and teaching coffee skills through his own startup . With life and lockdowns we sadly haven’t been able to catch up for far too long.
