The Toddlers Ink Greenacre team put together a beautiful Mother’s Day High Tea for our Greenacre community, creating a warm and welcoming space for families to celebrate the special mums and women in their lives. Filled with delicious treats, thoughtful touches, laughter, and meaningful moments, it was a lovely opportunity for our toddlers and families to come together and create precious memories as a community.

Shaping play dough into delicate flowers, then bringing each petal to life with colour—this is where creativity meets early learning. As children roll, pinch, and mould, they’re strengthening the small muscles needed for writing. Carefully colouring within each petal builds control, coordination, and growing confidence.

Layered into this simple experience is so much more—focus, imagination, colour exploration, and a rich sensory journey through touch and texture.

The children explored trees using their senses — touching bark, listening to sounds, balancing, and safely climbing. Inspired by Aboriginal perspectives, they connected with the land through observation, respect, and hands-on exploration ✨
