We recently partnered with The Lifestyle Dietitian to develop our nutritious in house menus ensuring your children are getting the best nutrition possible.
Over the coming weeks, we will be showcasing some of the items we are adding to our menus in house. This week it is Wholemeal Pasta Bolognese with 'Little Trees'.

Itâs one thing getting children to colour in a rainbow, but when it comes to eating one, things can get a little tricky â especially if youâre living with a fussy eater. But eating fruits and vegetables across the colour spectrum isnât just pretty, itâs also extremely important for your little oneâs nutrition, growth and development.
Why? Because each colour group dishes up âphytonutrientsâ, which are naturally occurring chemicals with different health benefits, which means the more colour you can cram onto each plate, the better.
And with less than 4% of us eating the recommended amount of veggies every day, making a conscious effort to âeat the rainbowâ is a great place to start. Read our blog to discover the health benefits of each colour â with easy child-friendly recipes to match! https://www.youngacademics.com.au/blog/colour-their-world-eating-the-rainbow/
