Did you know?

Children don’t just learn from what we teach—they learn from what we model every day.
The way we speak, handle stress, and show kindness shapes their future more than any lesson plan.

What’s one positive behaviour you’re modelling today?

Our Garden is Growing!

We are so excited to share that our sweet potatoes and beans have started sprouting!

Watching the children care for them and see the changes each day has been such a wonderful learning experience.

Gardening helps children learn about nature, patience, and responsibility—and they absolutely love getting their hands in the soil!

Now we need your help, families!
We have some new pots ready to go…

What should we plant next?

Herbs? Flowers? More veggies?
We’d love to hear your ideas and maybe even try something special that your family enjoys at home!

Do have any extra seedling we would love to plant them in our garden.

National Reconciliation Week 🌿
This week, we’ve been reflecting on the importance of respect, understanding, and unity as we acknowledge Australia’s shared history and move forward together.

Today, our children took part in a meaningful activity—creating a beautiful flag using their handprints. Each handprint represents a voice, a story, and a commitment to walking together in learning and respect.

Through this experience, we talked about the significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and how small actions—like listening, learning, and creating together—can help build a more inclusive future.
We are so proud of our children for embracing this activity with curiosity, care, and creativity.

National Sorry Day 2026 – From Sorry to Action

This year’s National Sorry Day theme, “From Sorry to Action,” calls on all of us to move beyond words and into meaningful, lasting change.

Acknowledging the harm of the past is essential—but it is not enough on its own. Saying sorry shows compassion; taking action delivers justice. The time to act is now, not years from now, not when it feels convenient, but today.

On 26 May, we encourage everyone to mark National Sorry Day by standing together in truth, responsibility, and commitment. Let this day be more than a moment of reflection—let it be part of an ongoing journey of truth‑telling, healing, and genuine action.

Together, we can honour the past while actively building a more just and respectful future.

Supporting Our Community Together

Our preschool and toddler children have been busy creating their very own “posting boxes” as part of a meaningful community project.

Through this hands-on activity, the children are learning about kindness, generosity, and how we can help others in our community.

We are delighted to be collecting donations of tinned food, dry goods, and toiletries to support our local Community Cafe Outreach Service. Families are warmly invited to contribute by placing donations into our special posting boxes.
This experience not only encourages our children to give back, but also helps them understand the importance of caring for others and working together as a community.

Thank you for your continued support and generosity—we are so proud of our little learners making a big difference!
