🌿 Spotlight on Our Stage 3R Core Teacher Miss Winnie – An Inspiring Educator in Our Early Learning Community 🌿
Winnie has been a dedicated and much-loved member of our team. With 9 years of experience in early childhood education and a strong educational background that includes both a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and a Master of Teaching (Birth–12 years), Winnie brings a beautiful balance of knowledge, passion, and care to her work with children and families.
Winnie’s teaching philosophy is deeply child-focused. She believes that children learn best through play — a powerful tool for consolidating knowledge, building new understanding, and developing confidence. She creates environments where children feel free to explore, discover, imagine, and investigate, always viewing each child as capable, curious, and full of potential.
Winnie gently supports children through thoughtful scaffolding, helping them reach new levels of learning while developing a strong sense of self. She incorporates project-based learning and STEM experiences into the program to spark inquiry, foster problem-solving, and connect learning with real-world ideas.
At the heart of Winnie’s practice is a deep commitment to respectful, inclusive education. She values diversity, encourages children to express themselves confidently, and nurtures kindness and understanding in every learning experience.
Winnie continues to grow professionally through ongoing reflection and study, ensuring her teaching is always thoughtful, purposeful, and responsive to each child’s unique journey.
We are so grateful to have Miss Winnie as part of our team and look forward to many more inspiring moments shared with her in our learning community.
