We are very pleased to announce the Playbright Team Member of the Year is:
Miss Jeniza! 🥳

It’s wonderful to be able to present this award to Miss Jeniza, who has been instrumental in creating warm, engaging and meaningful experiences for the children at Playbright Marayong. Her caring nature, dedication and genuine passion for early childhood education shine through in everything she does.

Miss Jeniza approaches every day with positivity and professionalism. She supports her team wholeheartedly, builds strong connections with families and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure each child feels safe, valued and supported. Please join us in celebrating two of our incredible educators who have gone above and beyond in their roles at Playbright Marayong.

✨ June – Miss Mya
Miss Mya’s warm, caring nature and dedication to the children’s learning and well-being have been truly inspiring. She consistently brings creativity, enthusiasm, and patience to every interaction, helping our little learners feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

Miss Sandeep’s gentle approach, commitment, and positive energy make her such a valued part of our team. Her ability to connect with children and families alike creates a nurturing environment where everyone feels welcomed and cared for.

From colourful crafts ✂️ and chocolatey treats 🍫 to the cutest Easter Hat Parade 🎩🐣 at Playbright Marayong — the joy was everywhere!

It was even more special having all three of our wonderful families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👦👩‍👧 attend the parade and cheer on their little ones 🥰

Our little learners have been busy exploring a variety of activities thoughtfully planned by our amazing educators 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫. Each experience is designed to support their growth — from creativity ✂️🎶 and problem-solving 🧠 to building social 🤝 and physical skills 🏃‍♀️🤸‍♂️.

At Playbright, we love following the children's lead 🌈. While our educators are intentional in what they plan, we also respect and encourage children’s choices, giving them the freedom to engage in experiences that spark their interests 💡❤️.

Last week, we took time to celebrate International Women’s Day here at Playbright Marayong — and we couldn’t let it go by without sharing how special it was!

We are so proud to be surrounded by such strong, caring, and inspiring women — from our amazing educators to the wonderful mums, grandmothers, and female role models in our community.

As we celebrate this joyous season, we’d like to take a moment to wish everyone a holiday season filled with love, happiness, and cherished memories.

We’d also like to extend a huge congratulations to Miss Kosala for winning the General Manager of the Year Award! 🌟 Her incredible leadership, dedication, and tireless efforts have made a remarkable impact on our childcare centre and the families we serve. Miss Kosala's passion and commitment continue to inspire us all.

Each year 1 staff member is awarded the Employee of The Year by the General Manager for continued dedication and excellence in effort and attitude.
