During lockdown it's important to remember the highlights, the reasons we get up every day and why we strive to better ourselves. When that positive feedback isn't coming in because you're staying at a computer screen, or feeling cooped up in your apartment, or distant from friends and family, know that there's always someone in the other end of a phone call to talk to. Your worth is more than how you feel in lockdown. Some people survive, others thrive, and that's all ok. I'm not a believer in toxic positivity but I am a believer in supporting those who are feeling weary right now.

Remember to reach out if you need. There's no shame in feeling alone right now, or ever.
