Bangla School Inc Bardia

The Annual Certificate Presentation and Sports Day, Bangla School Inc, Bardia was held on 23rd Nov 2025 at Australian Boatanic Garden, Mount Annan. The event was attended by parents, guests, students, teachers, and school executive members, and was celebrated with great enthusiasm.

The program opened with a warm welcome and words of gratitude from teacher Sharia Noor. One minute silence was observed for recovery for Bangla School President Dr. Rafiq Islam.

This was followed by an Acknowledgement of Country read by student Noah Rajah, after that everyone stood for the national anthems of Australia and Bangladesh.

The cultural segment began under the guidance of cultural teachers Nilufa Yasmin, Sharia Noor, and Sadia Afrin Tania. Students performed Bangla patriotic songs, followed by poem recitals by students. Solo recitations and song were delivered by students Areeb and Aarav.

Executive member Mr Monir Zaman hosted the next part of the program assisted by publication secretary Sayeed Imran.

Principal Milie Islam extended heartfelt greetings to all attendees, thanking them for their participation and briefly reflecting on the history of Bangla School. She expressed deep appreciation for the dedication of both teachers and students.

Encouraging speeches were delivered by
Councillor Masood Chowdhuri, Councilor Ash Rahman and they were awared for their continious contribution for Bangla school.

All attendees been provided refreshments there after organised by Treasurer Tanvir Hasan.

The second half of the program began with Sports events coorniated by Vetti Rajah where students joined in 100m run, ball pickup and run game. Parents & teachers also participated in musical chair game.

Certificates of Participation for 2025, issued by the Department of Education, were distributed by Principal Milie Islam, Teacher Hamida Khatun.

A Ministerial Merit Award for outstanding overall performance and excellence in language learning was presented to student Areema Syeda by Education Officer Ms. Enya Gannon.

Bangla School acting President Ferdous Omi expressed sincere gratitude to everyone for attending and for their continuous support and remembered Dr. Rafiq Islam's contribution and urged all to pray for his recovery.

Crests were awared to the principal and both current and former teachers in recognition of their contributions. The event was concluded by speech from Mr. Shafiqul Alam and Trusty/returing officer Mr. Kaiser Ahmed and taking group photographs.

The whole program was choreographed by liaison officer Rumana Islam and managed by Secretary Tanbir Alam.

২৩ নভেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখে মাউন্ট আনানের মনোরম অস্ট্রেলীয় বোটানিক গার্ডেনে বাংলা স্কুল বার্ষিক সার্টিফিকেট উপস্থাপনা এবং ক্রীড়া দিবস অত্যন্ত উৎসাহের সাথে পালিত হয়। স্কুল সাফল্য উদযাপনের জন্য অভিভাবক, অতিথি, শিক্ষক, শিক্ষার্থী এবং নির্বাহী সদস্যরা জড়ো হন।

শিক্ষক শারিয়া নূরের উষ্ণ অভ্যর্থনা এবং কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশের মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠানটি শুরু হয়। স্কুলের সভাপতি ড. রফিক ইসলামের আরোগ্য কামনায় এক মিনিট নীরবতা পালন করা হয়।

শিক্ষার্থী নোয়া রাজা দেশের স্বীকৃতি প্রদান করেন, এরপর উপস্থিত সকলে অস্ট্রেলিয়া ও বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় সঙ্গীতের জন্য শ্রদ্ধার সাথে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকেন।

শিক্ষক নীলুফা ইয়াসমিন, শারিয়া নূর এবং সাদিয়া আফরিন তানিয়ার সমন্বয়ে সাংস্কৃতিক পর্বটি শিক্ষার্থীদের পরিবেশিত দেশাত্মবোধক বাংলা গানের মাধ্যমে শুরু হয়। শিক্ষার্থীরা কবিতা আবৃত্তি করে, একক আবৃত্তি এবং গান পরিবেশন করেন শিক্ষার্থী আরিব এবং আরভ।

প্রকাশনা সম্পাদক সাঈদ ইমরানের সহায়তায় নির্বাহী সদস্য জনাব মনির জামান অনুষ্ঠানের পরবর্তী অংশটি পরিচালনা করেন।

স্কুলের অধ্যক্ষ মিলি ইসলাম সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীদের আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা জানান, শিক্ষক, শিক্ষার্থী এবং অভিভাবকদের অব্যাহত নিষ্ঠার জন্য কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করেন এবং বাংলা স্কুলের সমৃদ্ধ ইতিহাসের উপর সংক্ষেপে আলোকপাত করেন।

বক্তৃতা দেন কাউন্সিলর মাসুদ চৌধুরী এবং কাউন্সিলর আশ রহমান, উভয়কেই বাংলা স্কুলে তাদের ধারাবাহিক অবদানের জন্য পুরষ্কার প্রদান করা হয়। পরে কোষাধ্যক্ষ তানভীর হাসান কর্তৃক আয়োজিত পানীয় জলখাবারের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়।

অনুষ্ঠানের দ্বিতীয়ার্ধে ভেট্টি রাজার সমন্বয়ে প্রাণবন্ত ক্রীড়া কার্যক্রম অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। শিক্ষার্থীরা উৎসাহের সাথে ১০০ মিটার দৌড় এবং বল তোলা এবং দৌড়ানোর খেলায় অংশ নেয়। অভিভাবক এবং শিক্ষকরা একটি প্রাণবন্ত মিউজিক্যাল চেয়ার প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করে আনন্দে যোগ দেন।

শিক্ষা বিভাগ কর্তৃক জারি করা ২০২৫ সালের অংশগ্রহণের সার্টিফিকেট অধ্যক্ষ মিলি ইসলাম এবং শিক্ষিকা হামিদা খাতুন প্রদান করেন।

অনুষ্ঠানের একটি উল্লেখযোগ্য আকর্ষণ ছিল ভাষা শিক্ষায় অসাধারণ সামগ্রিক পারফরম্যান্স এবং উৎকর্ষতার জন্য মন্ত্রী পর্যায়ের মেধা পুরস্কার, যা শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তা মিসেস এনিয়া গ্যানন আরিমা সৈয়দাকে প্রদান করেন।

ভারপ্রাপ্ত সভাপতি ফেরদৌস ওমি সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীদের তাদের সহায়তার জন্য আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করেন, ডঃ রফিক ইসলামের অবদানের স্বীকৃতি দেন এবং সকলকে তার আরোগ্যের জন্য প্রার্থনা করার আহ্বান জানান।

স্কুলে মূল্যবান সেবা প্রদানের স্বীকৃতিস্বরূপ অধ্যক্ষ এবং বর্তমান ও প্রাক্তন উভয় শিক্ষককেই ক্রেস্ট প্রদান করা হয়। অনুষ্ঠানটি শেষ হয় জনাব শফিকুল আলম এবং ট্রাস্টি/রিটার্নিং অফিসার জনাব কায়সার আহমেদের বক্তৃতার মাধ্যমে, এরপর গ্রুপ ফটোগ্রাফি।

পুরো অনুষ্ঠানটি কোরিওগ্রাফি করেন লিয়াজোঁ অফিসার রুমানা ইসলাম এবং সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করেন সচিব তানবীর আলম।

Term 3 at Bardia School has come to a close, and we’re now eagerly anticipating the start of Term 4, which will begin on October 19th, 2025.

It was a fun-filled day for the students, who enjoyed playing in the park and engaging in freehand drawing. Parents had the opportunity to meet with teachers and executive members to share their feedback and thoughts. The day concluded with a productive executive meeting.

আমরা বারদিয়া স্কুলের ৩য় সেশন শেষ করেছি এবং ৪র্থ সেশনের জন্য অপেক্ষা করছি, যা ১৯ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ তারিখে শুরু হবে।

শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য দিনটি ছিল আনন্দের, যেখানে তারা পার্কে খেলাধুলা করেছিল এবং ফ্রি হ্যান্ড ড্রয়িং উপভোগ করেছিল। অভিভাবকরা শিক্ষক এবং নির্বাহী সদস্যদের সাথে দেখা করে তাদের মতামত এবং চিন্তাভাবনা ভাগ করে নেওয়ার সুযোগ পেয়েছিলেন। একটি ফলপ্রসূ নির্বাহী সভার মাধ্যমে দিনটি শেষ হয়েছিল।

Bangla school Bardia celebrated Eid reunion last Sunday in a befitting manner with students, parents and Bangla school representativies.

Students made special Eid card for their parents and enjoyed the the event a lot.

গত রবিবার বারদিয়ার বাংলা স্কুলে শিক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক এবং বাংলা স্কুলের প্রতিনিধিদের সাথে যথাযোগ্য মর্যাদায় ঈদ পুনর্মিলনী উদযাপন করা হয়েছে।

শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের অভিভাবকদের জন্য বিশেষ ঈদ কার্ড তৈরি করেছে এবং অনুষ্ঠানটি উপভোগ করেছে।

Bangla school, Bardia participated at the Book Fair 2025 at Halinan Park, Ingleburn on Saturday 22 February.

Students joined at respect walk (provat ferri), group drawing/painting and cultural performance.

Junior and senior classes were engaged in their lessons, followed by rehearsals for the cultural program scheduled for next week’s 21 er Boi Mela at Greg Percival hall, Ingleburn on 22nd Feb 2025.

Annual Certificate Presentation & Bangladesh Victory Day Celebration at Bangla
School Inc, Bardia

The ceremony took place on December 15, 2024, at Bardia Public School. Parents, guests,
students, teachers, and school executive members attended the event, which was met with great enthusiasm.

The program began with a welcome and gratitude for the participants by Rumana Islam.

Student Areema Syeda read the Acknowledgement to Country, followed by everyone standing for the national anthems of both Australia and Bangladesh.

Principal Milie Islam extended a warm welcome to all attendees, thanking them for their participation and briefly sharing the history of Bangla School. She expressed her
appreciation for the dedication of both teachers and students. Principal Islam was
overwhelmed to celebrate Bangladesh's Victory Day at Bangla School. The School
Secretary, Tanbir Alam, presented a report highlighting the school’s achievements
throughout the year, which was followed by a digital presentation showcasing key events via
projection.

The cultural program began with the guidance of cultural teachers Nilufa Yasmin, Sharia
Noor, and Sadia Afrin Tania. Bangla School students performed Bangla patriotic songs,
followed by a Bangla poem recited by senior students. Solo poems were recited by
students Areema and Noah. A spectacular dance performance was presented by student
Aidoh and her team.

The next segment of the program featured vibrant cultural dances by students of the
Nepalese Language School, Bardia. The audience thoroughly enjoyed these performances, reflecting Australia's rich multiculturalism.

The second part of the program commenced with a group Bangla song sung by all Bangla
School students, followed by a recitation of a renowned poem by junior students.
Solo poems were recited by students Areeb Imran and Waania Binte Rizwan. A musical
Bangla patriotic song was performed by student Aarav Shahriar in celebration of
Bangladesh’s Victory Day. The cultural program concluded with two popular Bangla songs
performed by all Bangla School students.

A Ministerial Merit Award was presented to student Waania Binte Rizwan for excellence in
overall performance and language learning by Campbelltown Mayor Darcy Lound.

Supportive and encouraging speeches were delivered by Campbelltown Mayor Darcy
Lound, Councillor Masood Chowdhuri, Councillor Masud Khalil and Education Officer Ms. Enya Gannon. Special speeches were also made by representatives from Campbelltown
Banga School, Mr. Ashfaq K Rahman, and the Nepalese School, Bardia. All guests were
presented with a Bangla School crest as a token of appreciation.

Certificates of Participation 2024, issued by the Department of Education, were handed out
by Principal Milie Islam, Teacher Hamida Khatun, and Sharia Noor.

Bangla School President Dr. Rafiq Islam expressed his gratitude to everyone for attending and for their continuous support. Acknowledging the contributions of the principal, as well as current and former teachers, bouquets of flowers were presented to them.

A number of local community leaders also attended the ceremony. Among them are Mr. Abdul Jalil, Mr. Shah Alam. Mr. Lincoln Shafiqullah, Mrs. Rokeya Ahmed, Mr. Shafiqul Alam, Mr. Abdus Sobhan, Mr. Greg Palter, Mr. Parvez Khan, Mr. Zaki Khandaker, Ms. Purabi Parmita Bose, Ms. Tisha Tania, Abu Tariq and teachers from Campbelltown Bangla School and Pathshala Australia.

The event concluded with refreshments and group photos.

অনুষ্ঠানটি 15 ডিসেম্বর, 2024 তারিখে বারদিয়া পাবলিক স্কুলে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। অভিভাবক, অতিথি, শিক্ষার্থী, শিক্ষক এবং বিদ্যালয়ের কার্যনির্বাহী সদস্যরা অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন, যা অত্যন্ত উত্সাহের সাথে পালিত হয়।

রুমানা ইসলাম কর্তৃক অংশগ্রহণকারীদের স্বাগত ও কৃতজ্ঞতার মধ্য দিয়ে অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হয়। ছাত্রী আরিমা সৈয়দা দেশের প্রতি স্বীকৃতি পাঠ করেন, এরপর সবাই অস্ট্রেলিয়া ও বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় সঙ্গীত দাঁড়িয়ে গেয়েছে।

অধ্যক্ষ মিলি ইসলাম উপস্থিত সকলকে উষ্ণ অভ্যর্থনা জানান, তাদের অংশগ্রহণের জন্য ধন্যবাদ জানান এবং বাংলা স্কুলের ইতিহাস সংক্ষেপে শেয়ার করেন। তিনি শিক্ষক এবং ছাত্র উভয়ের জন্য প্রশংসা প্রকাশ করেন। বাংলা স্কুলে বাংলাদেশের বিজয় দিবস উদযাপনে অধ্যক্ষ ইসলাম অভিভূত হয়।

স্কুল সেক্রেটারি, তানবীর আলম, সারা বছর ধরে স্কুলের অর্জনগুলি তুলে ধরে একটি প্রতিবেদন উপস্থাপন করেন, যা প্রজেকশনের মাধ্যমে মূল ইভেন্টগুলি প্রদর্শন করে একটি ডিজিটাল উপস্থাপনা দ্বারা অনুসরণ করা হয়।

সাংস্কৃতিক শিক্ষক নিলুফা ইয়াসমিন, শারিয়া নূর, সাদিয়া আফরিন তানিয়ার পরিচালনায় সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হয়। বাংলা স্কুলের শিক্ষার্থীরা বাংলা দেশাত্মবোধক গান পরিবেশন করে, এরপর সিনিয়র ছাত্ররা একটি বাংলা কবিতা আবৃত্তি করে। একক কবিতা আবৃত্তি করেন শিক্ষার্থী আরিমা ও নোয়া। ছাত্র আইডোহ এবং তার দল একটি দর্শনীয় নৃত্য পরিবেশন করে।

অনুষ্ঠানের পরবর্তী অংশে নেপালী ভাষা স্কুল, বারদিয়ার ছাত্রদের প্রাণবন্ত সাংস্কৃতিক নৃত্য পরিবেশিত হয়। দর্শকরা অস্ট্রেলিয়ার সমৃদ্ধ বহুসংস্কৃতিকে প্রতিফলিত করে, এই পারফরম্যান্সগুলি পুরোপুরি উপভোগ করেছিল।

অনুষ্ঠানের দ্বিতীয় অংশটি বাংলা স্কুলের সকল ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের দ্বারা গাওয়া একটি দলগত বাংলা গানের মাধ্যমে শুরু হয়, এরপর জুনিয়র ছাত্রদের দ্বারা একটি বিখ্যাত বাংলা কবিতা আবৃত্তি করা হয়। একক কবিতা আবৃত্তি করেন শিক্ষার্থী আরিব ইমরান ও ওয়ানিয়া। বাংলাদেশের বিজয় দিবস উদযাপনে ছাত্র আরাভ একটি বাংলা দেশাত্মবোধক গান পরিবেশন করেন। বাংলা স্কুলের সকল ছাত্রছাত্রীদের পরিবেশিত দুটি জনপ্রিয় বাংলা গানের মাধ্যমে সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের সমাপ্তি ঘটে।

ক্যাম্পবেলটাউনের মেয়র ডার্সি লাউন্ড সামগ্রিক পারফরম্যান্স এবং ভাষা শিক্ষায় শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের জন্য ছাত্র ওয়ানিয়াকে একটি মিনিস্ট্রিয়াল মেরিট অ্যাওয়ার্ড প্রদান করেন।

এবং শিক্ষা অফিসার মিসেস এনিয়া গ্যানন সমর্থনমূলক ও উৎসাহমূলক বক্তৃতা দেন। ক্যাম্পবেলটাউন বঙ্গ স্কুল, জনাব আশফাক কে রহমান এবং নেপালী স্কুল, বারদিয়ার প্রতিনিধিরাও বিশেষ বক্তৃতা করেন। সকল অতিথিদের বাংলা স্কুল ক্রেস্ট প্রদান করা হয়।

শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত 2024 এর সার্টিফিকেট অধ্যক্ষ মিলি ইসলাম, শিক্ষক হামিদা খাতুন এবং শরিয়া নূর হস্তান্তর করেন।

বাংলা স্কুলের সভাপতি ড. রফিক ইসলাম উপস্থিত থাকার জন্য এবং তাদের অব্যাহত সমর্থনের জন্য সকলের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করেন। অধ্যক্ষ এবং বর্তমান ও সাবেক শিক্ষকদের অবদানের স্বীকৃতি স্বরূপ তাদের ফুলের তোড়া প্রদান করা হয়।

অনুষ্ঠানে স্থানীয় বেশ কয়েকজন নেতাকর্মী উপস্থিত ছিলেন। তাদের মধ্যে আছেন জনাব আব্দুল জলিল, জনাব শাহ আলম। জনাব লিংকন শফিকুল্লাহ, মিসেস রোকেয়া আহমেদ, জনাব শফিকুল আলম, জনাব আব্দুস সোবহান, জনাব গ্রেগ পল্টার, জনাব পারভেজ খান, জনাব জাকি খন্দকার, মিসেস পূরবী পারমিতা বোস, মিসেস তিশা তানিয়া, আবু তারিক এবং শিক্ষকবৃন্দ। ক্যাম্পবেলটাউন বাংলা স্কুল এবং পাঠশালা অস্ট্রেলিয়া থেকে।

নাস্তা ও গ্রুপ ফটোর মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠানের সমাপ্তি হয়।

Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangla school Bardia was held today in Bardia School at 1 PM. The ceremony commenced with the opening speech by President Dr. Rafiqul islam.

He thanked all present and involed in Bangla School for their continual contribution and hard work. He also has remembered the early days of Bardia Bangla school and happy to see the progress over the year.

Treasurer Tanvir hasan presented financial report. Publication secretary Sayeed Imran reported technology grant, resources and Bangla school's social/communication media presence.

Then secretary Mohammad Ferdous presented Bangla school's presence in different cultural programs and it's year long activities.

Senior Teacher Hamida Khanam informed all about class programs. She also requested all parents to encourge their children to send school regularly and assist in learning bangla at home.

Teacher Shariar noor was highly appreciated for her contibution and dedication who thanked all for the encouragement in return.

Returning officer Mr. Kaiser Ahmed declared the new committee.

President Dr. Rafiq Islam concluded the program by updating all about new Syllabus, bangla book library and lesson plan. He once again thanked all for making the program success.

বাংলা স্কুল বারদিয়ার বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (এজিএম) আজ দুপুর ১টায় বারদিয়া স্কুলে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। সভাপতি ড. রফিকুল ইসলামের সূচনা বক্তব্যের মধ্য দিয়ে অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হয়।

তিনি বাংলা স্কুলে উপস্থিত সকলকে তাদের নিরন্তর অবদান ও কঠোর পরিশ্রমের জন্য ধন্যবাদ জানান। তিনি বারদিয়া বাংলা স্কুলের প্রথম দিনগুলোর কথাও স্মরণ করেছেন এবং বছরের অগ্রগতি দেখে খুশি হয়েছেন।

আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন উপস্থাপন করেন কোষাধ্যক্ষ তানভীর হাসান। প্রকাশনা সম্পাদক সাঈদ ইমরান প্রযুক্তি অনুদান, সংস্থান এবং বাংলা স্কুলের সামাজিক/যোগাযোগ মিডিয়া উপস্থিতির কথা জানিয়েছেন।

এরপর সচিব মোহাম্মদ ফেরদৌস বাংলা স্কুলের বিভিন্ন সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান ও বছরব্যাপী কার্যক্রমে উপস্থিতি তুলে ধরেন।

সিনিয়র শিক্ষিকা হামিদা খানম ক্লাস কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে সকলকে অবহিত করেন। তিনি সকল অভিভাবকদের তাদের সন্তানদের নিয়মিত স্কুলে পাঠাতে এবং ঘরে বসে বাংলা শিখতে সহায়তা করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেন।

শিক্ষক শারিয়ার নূর তার অবদান জন্য অত্যন্ত প্রশংসিত হন যিনি সকলকে ধন্যবাদ জানান।
