The hardest part of your body to train is your mind, often it is the biggest barrier between you and your goals! That's where I come in, to help you improve your mental toughness and hold you accountable 💪. I always tell my clients- "mind over matter" because I know how strong they truly are!

MOTIVATION MONDAY!

Keep showing up for yourself, even on the days that you don't feel like it, can't be bothered or simply feel like s**t. I challenge you the next time you don't want to work out to just start, go anyways and give yourself 15 minutes with NO EXCUSES. 90% of the time after that 15 minutes you realise that all the excuses about why you couldn't exercise become more trivial and irrelevant. Being "too tired" turns into "well I'm here now, let's make the most of this session". Give it a try the next time you feel like skipping a session💪.

ABOUT ME:
In 2020, I began studying a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science majoring in Exercise Therapy at UTS. The practical experience offered, along with the countless hours of research about all facets of health and fitness have equipped me with an extensive knowledge base that I am keen to bring to my coaching and programs. I have learnt the importance of using an evidence-informed and tailored approach for each individual to help them SMASH their personal goals.

In 2021, I studied and completed both my Certificate III and IV in Fitness at TAFE NSW. Beyond my university degree, I wanted to push myself a step further and combine my passion for fitness and my desire to help others. Therefore, I wanted to become a fully qualified personal trainer and empower others to change their lives through fitness.
