Don’t stress! We’ve all curdled and split our yoghurt and contemplated life after all that mixing! Here’s my never fail hack.
I’ve heart all the tips and tricks. “Only goats yoghurt” “don’t stop maxing” “don’t change the directions you’re mixing in” “Add Egg” “add cornflour” but more times then not have messed it up 🫣. The only trick here is place the blender at the bottom of the pot and don’t make a shisbarak soup.

One pot, spicy sausage pasta! 🌶️🍝

Just a handful of ingredients and you’ll have this delicious one-pot pasta ready in around 15 minutes.

If spicy sausage isn’t your thing, swap it for any sausage you love—lamb, rosemary, garlic, Italian herb, or your favourite flavour. This recipe works with almost any sausage!

Australian style steak sandwich with beetroot & caramelised onions. Served with Parmesan fries 😮‍💨

Juicy Scotch fillet tips * heavy S&P and bring to room temperature before cooking.
Very hot pan and 3/4 min on each side . Turning once to get a nice crisp.
Let it rest before slicing.

No one will ever know 🤫 when you work long hours but still want a decent meal. This is my ultimate Lebanese dish hack. I feel like there’s not many for Lebanese dishes 🤭 bonus points when I have frozen chopped onions . Win win 🥇 Loubiye bi zeit. Simple beans in olive oil but it’s always a 10/10
