A Sneak Peek of My Week!
Here’s a glimpse into my busy schedule:
Monday: Drafting a multimillion-dollar contract 💼
Tuesday: Hiring and interviewing new talent 👥
Wednesday: Visiting the warehouse, meeting clients, delivering a presentation, and wrapping up product development 📊
Thursday: Engaging with key stakeholders and seeing private clients 🤝
Friday: Excited to be an exhibitor at Care Expo Sydney! 🎉
Saturday: Running a morning workshop, followed by an art class, and networking in the evening 🎨
Sunday: Enjoying some outdoor adventure—either rock climbing or hiking, depending on the weather 🏞️
And then it all starts over again! I thrive on variety and challenges, and I truly love what I do (well, except for reading lengthy contracts!).
Networking and meeting new people is one of my favorite parts of the job.

For years, I struggled to find myself in my career and business, thinking that success meant following in the footsteps of others—whether it was a thriving clinic owner, a multimillionaire mentor, or prominent psychology figures. I was burnout, stress out and my nervous system was so dysregulated
Five years ago, I worked a 9-to-5 job doing front-line work
Today, I healed from the s***, run a 6-figure business, working with my passion from home & city with flexible hours. I want to show you that loving yourself and upgrading your life is possible!

🚨 Toxic Workplace Story: A Lesson in Choosing the Right Environment 🚨
My first job in Singapore was a classic example of a toxic workplace. I stayed for a few years, despite the bullying, unclear expectations, and burnout. I stayed for my clients, my visa, and out of loyalty to my mentor. But inside, I was ashamed and embarrassed, unable to express what I really wanted.
Who you work with matters—and when you're in a toxic environment, it takes a toll on every part of your life. The gossip, favoritism, and lack of work-life balance made it hard to keep going, and it’s no surprise that stress and anxiety skyrocketed.
Now that I run my own business, I’ve made it my mission to create a positive, supportive work environment. Clear expectations, open communication, work-life balance, and diversity & inclusion are non-negotiable. I ensure everyone has time off and the rest they need to recharge.
It's a reality that 80% of workplaces in Australia are toxic, contributing to rising stress and mental health issues. If the work environment is toxic, people are bound to feel terrible.
The biggest lesson I've learned: be selective. Choose carefully where and with whom you work. Your environment shapes how you feel, and no one deserves to feel drained and undervalued every day.

Falling in love with who we are isn’t always easy—it takes practice.
When you grow up surrounded by comparison, jealousy, and constant criticism, it can feel impossible to truly love yourself.
But just like anything else, self-love is something we can learn. With time, it becomes more natural.
Here are 4 ways I’ve learned to fully accept myself:

For a long time, I felt like I wasn’t good enough,
Especially when it came to my business.
I had created breathing tools and cards to help promote mental health, but every time I tried to pitch them to corporate clients, I was met with rejection or no response at all.
It was frustrating and disheartening. I kept asking myself, “What am I doing wrong? Is my product not valuable? Am I not capable enough to make this happen?”
But deep down, I knew I had something special to offer, so I persisted.
After I shifted my focus and through persistence, I finally landed the sales I had dreamed of.
Selling those thousands of products, felt like a huge victory. It reminded me that even though I may have felt inadequate at times, my determination to keep going led to success.

Recently,I participated with 100+ in a 3-day speaking BootCamp
I'm passionate about the nervous system, breathwork, tapping, spinal movement, mental resilience...
I loved immersing myself in continuing to develop speaking skills, storytelling abilities, and stage presence.
Throughout the Bootcamp, I embraced new techniques and strategies for speaking, being in flow, being in now, and learning about others' stories as well.
I enjoy empowering others, enabling them to harness the full potential of their nervous system for increased resilience, productivity, and overall health and well-being.
