Science in Action! 🚀
Last week, our students enjoyed an exciting hands-on Science Incursion exploring the fascinating world of forces. Through a range of engaging activities, students investigated how forces affect the movement of objects and the world around them.
Students launched rockets to explore the effects of pushes and air pressure, created and experimented with oobleck to discover the unique properties of non-Newtonian fluids, and rode on mini bikes to identify and experience contact and non-contact forces in action.
It was wonderful to see our students thinking like scientists and testing ideas. A fantastic day of exploration, and hands-on learning! 🌟🧪⚙️

Despite the cold conditions, our students represented the school with pride at the Interschool League Tag competition.
It was wonderful to see such great sportsmanship on display, with students continually supporting, encouraging, and cheering each other on regardless of the scoreboard.
Every player demonstrated determination, teamwork, and resilience throughout the day, and they should all be incredibly proud of their efforts and the way they represented our school.
Well done to everyone involved!

Yesterday our school community gathered for a beautiful ANZAC Day liturgy, honouring the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who have served our country.
Together we prayed for peace, reflected on the ANZAC spirit, and remembered those who gave their lives so that we may live in freedom.
Lest we forget.
