Christmas 🎉
As we come to the end of this year!!
We had a Christmas party yesterday.
All children loved all the snacks.
Some parents bring chocolate’s for children some being Christmas cupcakes 🧁
In the morning we decorated our Christmas tree.
Then we watched a Christmas movie,
Had a big lunch and then there was dance 💃🏻 🕺🏿
Personalised stocking for the children with chocolates in them as their Christmas presents 🎁

We use recycling toilet rolls to make Christmas tree 🎄

Santa 🎅 with paper plate and cotton balls.

Painted foot christmas reindeers to hang on Christmas tree 🦌 so children can have sensory feeling with the paint 🎨

Made 🦌 with the help of toilet roll as well.

It was so much fun and children took all their craft to their homes.

Aboriginal and tores islander children week 2022.

We celebrated this week by reading to our children that why we celebrate this day.

The date 4 August was historically used to communally celebrate the birthdays of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children who were taken from their families at a young age, without knowing their birthday.

Then we showed our children some Aboriginal symbols and later ask them to recognise them which some of them did beautifully❤️

We even made some symbols with playdough and children followed through.

It was lovely to see them engage in these activities ❤️

We are finally finished with our Pajama day fun.
All our children participated in all face-painting and balloon activities.
As our lovely sanskar love dinasaurs he asked for a specific dinasaurs 🦖to be drawn on his face,
Ethan got spider 🕷
Evelyn wanted butterfly 🦋 and flower 🌺 ♥️
Amber wanted unicorn 🦄
They express their wishes and their wishes were our commands 🥰

We spend this week by celebrating Pajama day at our day care.
Richa did facepainting on children.
They all loved and chose their own choice of colours and creatures to be drawn on their faces.
Then we took some beautiful pictures.
Richa made balloons like flowers, some wanted swords and others love hearts ♥️. We had a little balloon sword fights as well in play time.
It was lovely to see them involved. Their smiles were precious.
They danced after with their balloons holding in their hands while having screen time.
We are going to have some party food for lunch isnt that fun 🤩

Some of the children were absent because of the sickness season but we will still continue this till tomorrow and next week so that everyone get to enjoy this 😍🥰

Gave children some different paintings colours n held their fingers asked them to dip it in the paint of their choice and started making dots with the tip of their little fingers.
Who doesnt love paint 🎨
When they created 🌸 they were very much happy with the outcome.
They later started dipping their fingertips into the paint and started on their own n slowly they filled all the leftover a4 paper with the paint❤️

When children can feel the cool, squishy texture of the paint and experiment with colour and patterns, it encourages their creativity. It's also a good way for children to express emotions. Finger painting develops children's fine motor skills too, which they need for writing later on.

Easter egg hats.
I printed some from google.
Children coloured them first.
Then when they were finished them helped me cut and glued them to make hats.
They were very happy with the results.
So we did art and craft,
Fine motor skills and easter activity.
They were looking at each other n followed what the other one was doing 😍
Swaped crayons in between and continued.
They danced with their hats on too 😈

Easter egg hunt activity 🥚 🐓

Easter bunnies 🐰 are all set do hunt the eggs for easter 🐣 eggs

Bunny ear headbands to give away and easter eggs filled with chocolates.

Everytime they will be going for egg hunt eggs will be hidden at different spots so that they get more excited about finding them 🙊

We have some colouring activities planned as well for this week and next as well as we will make some handprint bunnies 🐰

They all got very much excited 😊

We had a great week of messy play and personal hygiene experience.
The experience was an extension of our food topic that we have been exploring this week, and a follow up on the sometimes and everyday food that we learnt about.

The children had a lot of fun searching through the shaving foam to try and find what was at the bottom, when they did, they realised there were fruits waiting for them. We explained to themthat fruit is an everyday food and even named all of the fruit and wild animals that they found.
