To promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children; I strive to provide an educational program that is stimulating, engaging, and enhances the child’s learning, activities which are adapted to the interests and needs of the individual child
To provide opportunities for children to develop positive feelings about themselves as individuals and in groups and meet the needs of cultural diversity in our community; I am focused to establish secure and nurturing relationships with our children to gain the confidence to explore and engage in learning both as an individual and in groups. To encourage positive and productive relationships with families and support their individual needs; It is important to me that parents’ cultural values and beliefs are respected and that they share in the decision-making process about their child.
