Taste of India is excited to present Ullam - a Bharatanatyam recital featuring the internationally acclaimed dancer and choreographer Christopher Gurusamy, accompanied by a live orchestra.
Ullam (meaning "heart" or "inner being") invites audiences on a journey through emotion, rhythm and storytelling - brought to life through the expressive artistry of Christopher in his chosen dance form.
Christopher is widely recognised around the world as a trailblazer of his generation, including for the depth and rigour of his immersive performative practice, and his ability to connect with diverse audiences especially those both familiar and unfamiliar with Bharatanatyam.
