As Men's Health Week 2025 wraps up, remember that taking a proactive approach to your health is a year-round responsibility.

By checking in with your GP at least once every 12 months, you'll build a relationship that helps you feel confident when health concerns arise.

A shoutout to our friends at Healthy Male who have this week launched their Check Your Balls campaign, giving men the tools and timely reminders to check their testicles regularly.

Testicular self-examinations are quick, easy and the best way to spot the early signs of testicular cancer. While it's one of the most common cancers for men in their 20s and 30s, most cases are caught early and curable when you notice a change in your testicles and see a doctor quickly.
