CompClub is a charity society 🙌 that empowers high school students to learn all about computing 💻🥰 We present workshops on coding and technology that reach students of all socioeconomic, geographic, and gender backgrounds 🤗 We‘re all about making the field of computing a more inclusive and welcoming place for students to explore or find their passions 💫

We’re looking for 𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗳𝘂𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 people for our subcom for these ports:
🧑‍🏫 Internals: teaching coding on campus
🧑‍🏫 Externals: teaching coding off campus
🏫 Initiatives: teaching non-coding STEM topics
📷 Media: cooking up reels and photography
🎨 Creative: making awesome art (like what you see in this post) and merch
👪 HR: organising awesome events for our internal team
🧑‍💻Proj Dev: coding the tools our workshops and society use
🧑‍💻Web Dev: working on a fancy new CompClub website

WE (CompClub) are recruiting a Mentorship Director for 2026 🎉

CompClub is a charity society that runs computing workshops for high school students from all backgrounds 🌏💻 Our mentors are a huge part of what makes this possible, and as Mentorship Director, you’ll be leading their growth and experience within the society.

What you’ll be doing:
Fostering a fun culture around teaching and mentoring 😻😻
Recruiting and training mentors for on campus and off campus workshops 🔖
Running teaching upskilling sessions across the society 📚
Building strong connections within the mentor team and the wider society 💪💪

This role is perfect if you’re:
Passionate about teaching or mentoring (no CS expertise required!) ✨
Organised, communicative, and comfortable leading groups 💬
Keen to create a welcoming environment where people can learn and grow 🌈

It’s a great chance to take ownership of a new portfolio, gain leadership and teaching experience, and make a real impact, all while working with an amazing group of people 🫶

This summer, we’re swimming into the world of Microbits 👾💻, a mini computer that transforms simple coding into exciting, practical creations. So grab your gear and get ready to hook onto some hands-on skills!
From January 24th–25th (Sat–Sun), join us and learn:
