Yes, âknowledge is powerâ.
But you donât get different results if you canât access and execute the supportive knowledge under stress.
You can spend years knowing exactly what you should doâŚ
and still find yourself repeating the same behaviour.
Thatâs because your behaviour isnât determined only by what your brain knows.
Whatâs becoming increasingly interesting in neuroscience is how the brain decides which of its existing learning gets brought online in a particular moment.
Working with this for positive gains is mind hacking 101. Mental mastery.
And Iâll put the link to the new research from MIT that I mentioned in the video in the comments section.

âŻď¸ If I had the mindset I have now, I probably wouldnât have made some of the mistakes I made then.
But if I hadnât made those mistakes, I wouldnât have the mindset I have now.
Thatâs the paradox.
I think I wanted to keep the wisdom but erase the experience that created it.
I think I hoped for the clarity, but wasnât comfortable to accept the confusion that preceded it.
Expecting to feel confidence and self-trust without ever getting it wrong.
But the contrast is really how Ive come to understand myself.
I know what alignment feels like because I know what it feels like to abandon myself.
I only know what peace feels like, because Iâve lived through periods of chaos.
I know what self-trust means to me, because I know what happens when I override my own knowing.
And Iâm learning that the answer isnât to exile the uncomfortable parts of the story.
⢠The fear.
⢠The regret.
⢠The shame.
⢠The choices I wish Iâd made differently.
When I can turn towards those parts with curiosity instead of judgement, they stop taking up quite so much space in the shadows.
Integration isnât reframing and pretending the darkness was good.
Itâs allowing it to become part of my wisdom. Accepting.
Maybe thatâs the real polarity: itâs not trying to live entirely in the bright light.
But becoming someone who can hold both.
This is the inner work I love doing with people. DM me if youâd like to explore it together.

Ensure your peak performance using visual motor rehearsal.
You canât be what you canât see đ
Thatâs why, we train your mind to match your visionâŚ
In every session, every client, every hypnosis, we use visualisation.
See it first in your mind, to make it real in your reality.
I promise you that when you get so clear about the outcome in your imagination, your reality has no choice but to fall into alignment with the vision.
The Uncertainty Gap đ§đ˝
I think we massively underestimate how difficult this stage can feel.
Because when we canât see progress, our minds tend to create explanations to try answer the unknowns:
đIâm stuck.
đ Iâve lost my motivation.
đ I should have figured this out by now.
đ Maybe Iâm making the wrong decision.
đ Maybe I should just go back to what I know.
Iâve lived through enough periods of reinvention now to recognise this feeling differently.
The gap isnât always something to fix!
Sometimes itâs where we finally have enough distance from the old pattern to see it clearly, but havenât yet accumulated enough evidence to trust the new one.
A lot of my work sits right here.
Helping people ZOOM OUTfrom the immediate stress and understand what is happening beneath the behaviour
đ¨ the beliefs driving your thinking
đ¨ the protective patterns keeping you attached to what is familiar
đ¨the nervous system responses that can make uncertainty feel like danger.
Then we start building something different.
Not with blind positivity and not âjust trust the universe.â
Self-trust built with EVIDENCE.
Learning to tolerate uncertainty without automatically retreating to what is familiar.
Getting clearer about what you want.
And becoming increasingly able to make decisions from the person youâre becoming rather than the patterns youâre trying to leave behind.

Ps. Youâre going to make it.
How often are you living in a primal state of being?
Fear, treat, resentment, anger, shameâŚ
And how often are you in a powerful state?
Joy, creativity, curiosity, gratitude.
Notice when the primal state pulls you in.
It doesnât have to overcome you.
Moment by moment, you can notice and choose.
You can decide. You can choose thoughts, and the meanings you attach.
Itâs a good day to know your own powerâ¤ď¸âđĽ

Choose your hard.
The most common regret of people at the end of life wasnât wishing theyâd made more money, had more things or worked harder.
It was this:
âI wish Iâd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.â
This was documented in a well known book by palliative care nurse Bronnie Ware, after years of caring for people in their final weeks.
We spend so much energy avoiding discomfort.
But avoiding discomfort doesnât avoid pain.It often postpones it.
The hard conversation.
The boundary.
The career change.
The relationship ending.
The dream that keeps asking for your attention.
Every choice has a cost.
The question isnât whether life will feel hard.
Itâs which hard youâre choosing.
Choose the one your future self will thank you for â¤ď¸âđĽ
