Today, we were delighted to welcome Alexandra Stamatiou-Buda / Team Buda / McGrath Inner West and Laura as our guest judges for the colouring competition 🎨

They had the very difficult task of selecting just one winner from each class from so many incredible entries—thank you to all of our students for the creativity and effort you put in!

Alexandra also had the pleasure of presenting the winners of our Easter egg guessing competition 🐣
A huge congratulations to Alexander (1M), who guessed 145 to win the K–2 jar, and to Zara (3/4C), who guessed 162 for the 3–6 jar!

Our Easter Colouring Competition is already underway!
Students can show off their creativity and return their masterpieces by Tuesday 24 March 2026, with winners announced Tuesday 31 March.

🥚 Easter Guessing Competition kicks off next week!
Find us in the playground each morning between Monday 23 March – Tuesday 31 March (8:40–9:00am)and guess how many chocolate eggs are in the jar for your chance to win the whole lot!

A huge thank you to the 25+ parent volunteers who helped throughout the day today — from early preparation to the lunchtime rush. Your time and support made the day run so smoothly.

A special shout out to the Dads of ESPA who kept the BBQ going for hours, and to the many families who contributed sweet and savoury cake stall donations.

Thank you also to every family who pre-ordered lunch or visited the stalls on the day. Your support is what makes events like this possible.

A thank you to our wonderful sponsors who generously supported the day — Dai Romani, Nieo's Grille, and Souvlaki Boys. Your support helped make the event even more successful.

Events like today don’t happen without many hours of work behind the scenes. Our Events Committee and Executive Committee dedicate a great deal of time planning and organising, and their commitment shows in how smoothly everything came together.

We’re so lucky to achieve great things for EPS, while having lots of fun along the way.

🎉 We Won $10,000! 🎉

Last Friday night, ESPA took 1st place in the Quayclean Nightrider Series charity event at Canterbury Racecourse! Out of 12 participating charities, we finished at the top of the leaderboard and received the $10,000 first prize, with every dollar going straight back into supporting our school.

A big thank you to the Australian Turf Club for selecting us to take part, Quayclean for their generous support of community organisations, and our fantastic jockey Tommy Berry for helping us secure the win.

Everyone at ESPA is thrilled, and it’s been wonderful to see the recognition shine a light on the work we do. 🎉

P&C Day is a chance to recognise and celebrate the amazing parent and carer volunteers who support public schools across NSW.

A huge thank you to our wonderful Earlwood Public School P&C members who give their time, energy and ideas to make a real difference for our students. We truly couldn’t do it without you! 🙌
