What is R U OK? Day 2022?
R U OK? Day is an annual event that takes place on 8th September to help educate people about the importance of mental health. R U OK? people are encouraged to reach out to their friends and family and check in on them. A simple phone call or message can go a long way in helping someone with their mental health. So reach out to your loved ones and ask them if they are OK. You could help to save a life! The charity also helps people learn about and recognise the signs of someone struggling with their mental health, and encourages people to reach out and offer support to those who are struggling.π·π·

Play is an important part of childhood- it helps children develop physical strength, coordination, balance, social skills, imagination and problems solving skills.
Backyards are a favorite place to play for children. Ensure that our backyard is one that provides plenty of child friendly, challenging things to do, without any major hazards.
