Our little ones have been having lots of fun exploring dental health through hands-on play — practising brushing teeth, learning how to care for our smiles and discovering that looking after our teeth can be fun! 🪥🦷

🎨 Little Hands at Work 🌈

Learning is messy, hands-on and full of discovery! Today our little learners explored colour, texture and different painting tools, building fine motor skills, creativity and confidence through play.

These intentional experiences support the EYLF V2.0, encouraging children to explore, experiment and learn at their own pace. 💙

Learning Through Play: Exploring Emotions Together 💛

Today some of our children participated in a small-group learning experience focused on recognising, identifying and talking about emotions through an interactive matching card game.

Experiences like these are intentionally planned as part of our educational program to support children’s social and emotional development. As children take turns, match emotions, and discuss how different feelings look and feel, they are building important skills in communication, empathy, emotional regulation and positive relationships.

By following each child’s interests and developmental needs, our educators create meaningful learning opportunities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), particularly Outcome 1: Children have a strong sense of identity and Outcome 3: Children have a strong sense of wellbeing.
