Our Year 10 students recently headed away for BOOST Camp, enjoying a few days of challenge, connection and plenty of fun together!
Throughout the camp, students had opportunities to strengthen friendships, work together and encourage one another through a range of activities and challenges. From the twin flying fox, tube slide and crate climb to laser tag, archery and team initiatives, there were plenty of chances to step outside comfort zones, develop independence and work towards a shared goal.
It was encouraging to see students challenge themselves to go further, improve on previous experiences and support their peers along the way, whether working individually or as part of a team.
There was also plenty of time to slow down and enjoy being together, with toasted marshmallows around the fire, a movie night and one of Mrs Waters’ famously challenging and entertaining games!
Most importantly, BOOST Camp gave our Year 10s the chance to share experiences, strengthen relationships and create plenty of memories together.
