We focus on the physiological health benefits that regular physical activity offers such as bone, heart & brain health and psychological wellbeing. In August 2015 three passionate movement mavens combined forces to create a one-day urban retreat for a group of friends. The aim was to create a safe space for women to come together to explore the mind + body connection through the power of physical
movement. We discovered that this kind of space is much needed in the exercise industry today. Since our pilot event, we have expanded our services to make this kind of service available to women and older adults who are seeking to enhance their health. We focus and direct our attention on the many health and wellbeing benefits that regular physical activity offers. We have designed a series of evidence-based exercise classes for women 45 + and older adults 60 + who seek to improve their physiological and psychological wellbeing.
