Payments are to be made within 24 hours of the completion of the session, unless arrangements are otherwise agreed upon.
Payments 2 weeks in arrears will incur a late fee of $20. A late fee will be added weekly, till fully paid.
Sessions will cease if payments need to be chased.
👉 REGULAR CLIENT DISCOUNT...
Due to Regular Sessions being booked, receiving a discount and cancelling - the Regular Session Discounts will now start AFTER the 5th Session.
Paying by Square - nullifies the Regular Client Discount.
👉 CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING FEE..

- Loss of $50 (3hr session) OR $100 (6hr session) of Booking Fee.
Returning & Regular Client
Within 1 (24hrs) Business Day
- Full Session Charge

- $50 Admin Fee

It's been a week since my move.
Thank you for all of the well wishes.
It was an incredibly stressful situation and I am happy to be on the other side of it.
My Granny Flat is only a short term rental and I love it here, but it's a great first step, back out into the rental market.

It's school holidays again.
Yesterday I went through my clients children's school bags. Oh dear.. So many little bits of rubbish, dirty clothes and snacks.
So..if you can't..make sure your children go through their school bags.

I'm thinking of sending out an email to my clients.
I love helping all of my clients, but it can be difficult where the children (especially the teenagers) are concerned. My clients have booked me to do specific tasks, which means I may need to enter their personal space and touch their personal things. This, I do with the utmost respect. I also ask that I be treated with respect and at times this hasn't happened.
I need to sit and work out how to word it correctly.
