For our lovely alumni attending tomorrow's 50th, there will be student representatives at both Blackwattle and Springfield Streets to direct you towards our Outdoor Learning Area.

For those who were at MacGregor when the library was built, the Outdoor Learning Area is right next door.

Regarding parking, we have limited spaces both within the grounds off Springfield and Blackwattle Streets. There is also a car par off Wadley Street which will allow you to walk right through to the centre of the school. Alternatively, there is ample street parking.

Thank you for your overwhelming enthusiasm for this event! We look forward to welcoming you all back to MacGregor tomorrow afternoon.

Celebrations begin at 4:00pm and end at 7:00pm and is designed for our alumni to drop in at a time best suited to them.

MacGregor State High School thanks our dedicated P&C Committee for convening our 50th Anniversary Celebrations.

This event will include tours of our school facilities as well as entertainment, food, a cash bar, raffles and a range of MacGregor Memorabilia.

Our celebrations begin at 4:00pm and end at 7:00pm allowing alumni to gather for dinner afterwards and continue their celebrations.

This is an exciting time in MacGregor's history and our school community looks forward to welcoming you back into the Clan!

This year’s Gregalach was a double edition in recognition of the bicentennial, coinciding with Expo 88 where many performed.

The Seoul Olympics were also held and MacGregor was represented by three past students; sprinter Kerry Johnson and divers Russell Butler and Julie Kent.

Mr Don Rostedt encouraged this year’s graduates to heed the Olympic message – that inspiring, encouraging and creating success often is as rewarding as the fruits of success themselves.
