This year theme focusing on "Ending Plastic Pollution."

Scouts continue to work towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), actively reducing plastic waste, promoting recycling, and supporting sustainable alternatives. Every action, no matter how small, helps us move closer to a cleaner, healthier planet for future generations. ♻️

Together, we can tackle plastic pollution and create lasting change -one step at a time.

Mount Bruce cubs and joeys joined Friends of Whites Hill Reserve to clean up our local bushland and parks.

Great to see the enthusiasm of the kids, learning to be active looking after our community and nature.

Today, we celebrate the legacy of our founder, Lord Baden-Powell, and the incredible impact the Scouting movement has had on millions of lives worldwide.

A movement rooted in service, adventure, friendship, and a deep belief in the potential of young people. Founder’s Day is also a time to renew our commitment to the Scout Promise and Law - to be people of character, courage, compassion, and hope.

We have vacancies in Joeys (5-8 years old), Cubs (8–11 years old) and Venturers (15-18 years old) and of course Gateway Rovers in our district for 18-25 years. Look up Mount Bruce Scouts or contact www.scoutsqld.com.au for more information and to book a free trial.
