I ask my girls for 100% always, the catch is 100% will look different on different days. ⬇️

One of my clients, Emily is a shift worker. After a night shift, she may only have 40% energy left. When she goes into the gym I asked her to give 100% of that 40%. She’s giving 100% of what she has.

Another client of mine, Eve is in rehearsals for a show. She is dancing upwards of 8 hours a day. She may go into the gym with only 60%, I will ask her to put in 100% of that 60%. That’s her giving me 100% of what she has.

I have chronic illness, kidney disease, blood disorders, a whole fu***ng list of things. Sometimes I genuinely have 100% to give to my session, other times I’m working with 30%. No matter what it is I am walking out of that session knowing I gave it 100% of what I have.

That is what makes a gym girl a gym girl. 🙂‍↕️
