🌿☀️ The children had a wonderful time on their excursion to Dunlop Park! 🛝🌳

They enjoyed exploring the different play spaces, discovering the natural environment, and engaging in lots of fun outdoor activities with their friends. 😊💚

The excursion provided a fantastic opportunity for the children to build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy the fresh air while learning through play. 🌈✨

Last week one of our educators celebrated an incredible milestone — congratulations to Caroline on becoming an Australian Citizen! ✨🐨🦘

What a beautiful journey this has been, filled with courage, hard work, determination, and heart. Australia is so lucky to welcome someone as kind, strong, and wonderful as you officially into its family 🎉🎊

This past Saturday we had an amazing time attending the Sherwood Community Festival! We are so grateful for the opportunity to sponsor such a wonderful community event and connect with so many local families.

A big thank you to the organisers, volunteers and everyone who came along to make the day such a success. We loved being part of the fun and can’t wait for next year!

🌿 Today’s adventure at Bush Kindy was full of exploration and connection with nature. The children discovered little insects, explored the outdoors, and enjoyed learning through play in the natural environment. 🐞🍃☀️

📚👣 This week in the classroom, the children enjoyed reading “The Hairy Toe” and brought the story to life through role play and imaginative storytelling at Bush Kindy! They created their own versions of the book, invented new characters, and used their creativity to make the story their own. ✨🎭

The children also drew what they thought the “Hairy Toe” might look like using their new clipboards and pencils. ✏️📋 Their imagination and artistic skills were amazing to see!

What a fun-filled week of creativity, storytelling, and outdoor discovery! 💚

💉 Flu Vaccination 💉

Last week, we were proud to support the health and wellbeing of our team through our flu vaccination day in partnership with Graceville Star Discount Chemist

To further support our community, this Wednesday families and children will also have the opportunity to receive their flu vaccination right here at the centre — making it easier and more convenient for busy families to stay protected this flu season.

The children had so much fun learning all about eye health and having their eyes checked in a friendly, relaxed, and exciting environment 😊🌈

At Dental2you, their mission is to help children build positive optical habits from an early age, setting them up for bright vision 👀 for years to come. They focus on making every child feel comfortable, confident, and safe when visiting an optometrist — even if it takes a few visits 💙

The children loved exploring the equipment, chatting with the friendly team, and learning how important it is to look after their eyes 👁️✨ There were lots of smiles, curiosity, and excitement throughout the visit! 😄🎉

At our centre, we’re so excited to introduce a beautiful new birthday tradition — the Birthday Tray & Tea Party 🫖🌸

We’re focusing on celebrating what truly matters … the child 💛 Each birthday the child will be presented with a special table set up, complete with some candles🕯️flowers 🌼and a nicely prepared treat. They’ll have their own birthday cup☕enjoying this special moment shared with their friends. Creating a gentle and joyful tea party atmosphere 🧁

This ritual turns each birthday into something truly magical ✨ As the day approaches, children can look forward to their special moment — a time where they feel seen, celebrated, and valued by their peers 🥰

We’ll gather together, sing, share kind wishes, and honour the birthday child in a calm, meaningful way 🌈 It’s not just a celebration — it’s a memory in the making 💫❤️
