WHERE ARE THEY?
I've been pounding the pavement in my local area delivering flyers for a backyard project. It's been in late afternoon, and I haven't seen or heard a single child. But I know some houses have children by the tell-tale signs of a swing, tricycle or toys scattered around. I can only assume they are indoors, probably on screens.

We have a crisis that needs attention! Our children are virtual prisoners - they need to be outside, preferably in the neighbourhood, street or garden, playing with friends.

What is stopping them? And what can we do to remedy this situation? Please comment!
